Our process starts with a free no obligation consultation and survey of your plans or existing property and site. This allows us to understand your needs and your specific property/site characteristics in order that we can propose the most efficient and cost effective solutions to heat, ventilate and power your home or commercial building using renewable energy systems.
We will explain the advantages and disadvantages of the different solutions available so that you have all the information required to make the right decision.
Solution Design
Once a solution has been agreed, we will design and specify the system. You will receive a detailed breakdown of costs and a system performance estimate showing how much energy you need, how much energy you should save, how much energy you can produce and to what extent you can reduce your carbon footprint.
Information, guidance and assistance with grants and financial incentive schemes
There are a range of grants and financial incentives schemes available to people who install micro-renewable energy systems. Not only do these schemes help reduce your energy bills, but with a well designed solution from Ecoliving, you can actually profit from installing a renewable energy system.
During the consultation process we will explain how the schemes work (existing and proposed) and how they can deliver real financial benefits to you. We will also assist you in the application process.
Planning applications
Most micro-renewable energy systems don’t require planning permission although we always recommend checking. If permission is required we can assist in the application process. Using innovative system designs and products we have been successful in overcoming planning objections.
Project Management
We will agree a timetable for the delivery, installation, commissioning and system handover and manage your project throughout.
Delivery, installation and system commissioning
Using only the best products developed over many years by leading manufacturers, we will deliver, install, test and commission the equipment and will produce the necessary paperwork required by the Microgeneration Certification Scheme, a fundamental requirement of the various financial incentive schemes.
Post installation support
Most micro-renewable energy systems have a long life expectancy and require little if any routine maintenance, however for your peace of mind we offer an annual system health check and are always on hand to offer support and assistance and will deal with any problems should they occur.
