The ground source heat pump for this Lanarkshire primary school harnesses heat energy from five boreholes each drilled to 150m. Collector pipework connects the top of the boreholes to a 5 port manifold chamber from which there is one flow and return delivering the heat energy to the heat pump inside the building.
